Payments
All payments for private/small group sessions are done digitally at the time of sign up.
Any cancellations less than 24 hours prior to scheduled lesson will still require payment in full.
Any cancellations outside the 24 hour window must be canceled online and a refund request must be sent to [email protected].
**Please note that canceling online does not automatically give you a refund. You must request via email.
There will be a $10 service fee for any cancellations outside the 24 hour window (ie: For a lesson that costs $120, $110 will be refunded).
There is no service fee to reschedule a lesson or cancel a lesson (outside the 24 hour window) that has been purchased via gift card or if it is part of a package. The lesson will be added back onto your account.
